General Rules

  1. No Running: For your safety and the safety of others, running is strictly prohibited inside the attraction.

  2. No Touching: Do not touch any props, actors, or items within the attraction. Our actors will not touch you.

  3. No Photography or Videography: The use of cameras, video recording devices, and flashlights is not permitted.

  4. No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.

  5. No Roughhousing: Rough behavior, including pushing or shoving, is not tolerated.

  6. No Inappropriate Gestures or Behavior: Please refrain from using inappropriate gestures or behavior inside the attraction.

  7. Personal Belongings: You are responsible for your own belongings. Terror on Scott's Ferry is not liable for any lost, broken, or stolen items.

Consent and Recording

  • Recording Notice: Please be aware that video and audio recording may occur during your visit. By entering, you consent to being recorded, and your image and voice may be used for promotional purposes.

Compliance

  • Rule Enforcement: If you break any of these rules, you may be asked to leave the attraction.

Health and Safety

  • Enter at Your Own Risk: Your safety is important to us, but please enter at your own risk.

  • Medical Conditions: If you have any medical conditions (such as heart conditions, high blood pressure, stroke, epilepsy, asthma, or other conditions that may be aggravated by fear, strobe lights, artificial fog, loud sounds, or special effects), we advise you not to enter.

  • Pregnancy and Limitations: If you are pregnant or have any physical limitations, we strongly recommend not entering the attraction.​

Release of Liability

I, the attender, hereby acknowledge and understand that the event "Terror on Scott's Ferry," along with its owners, operators, employees, and affiliated entities, offer an interactive and immersive entertainment experience involving various forms of simulated terror, suspense, and horror elements. In consideration for being permitted to participate in this event, I voluntarily agree to the following terms and conditions:

Acknowledgment of Risks: I am fully aware that this event involves a variety of intense and frightening experiences that may include sudden movements, loud noises, visual and physical effects, dim lighting, and encounters with actors in horror-themed scenarios. I understand that these elements are designed to create a sense of fear and anxiety.

Assumption of Risks: I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participating in this event. I understand that the event is designed to evoke fear and suspense, and I am participating at my own risk.

Release and Waiver: In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby release and discharge "Terror on Scott's Ferry," its owners, operators, employees, and affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, harm, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation.

Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless "Terror on Scott's Ferry," its owners, operators, employees, and affiliated entities from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) incurred as a result of my participation in this event.

Medical Condition: I certify that I am in good health and physical condition, and I do not have any medical conditions that could be aggravated by the experiences within this event. I acknowledge that if I have any pre-existing medical conditions, I should not participate.

Personal Belongings: I understand that I am solely responsible for any personal belongings I bring to this event and release all parties involved from any liability for loss, theft, or damage to such belongings.

Video/Audio Recording: I understand that there may be recording of my image and voice on the premises for safety purposes, which I consent for it to be possibly used for promotional purposes.

 

I HAVE CAREFULLY READ AND UNDERSTOOD THIS WAIVER OF LIABILITY, AND I VOLUNTARILY AGREE TO ITS TERMS. ENTERING THE ATTRACTION IS EVIDENCE OF MY COMPLETE AND UNCONDITIONAL ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS CONTAINED HEREIN.
