  1. No running inside the haunted house. Running increases the risk of accidents and injuries.

  2. No touching of the props, actors, or other items in the attraction. They will not touch you.

  3. No photography, videoing, or use of flashlights.

  4. No smoking. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the attraction, as it is a fire hazard.

  5. No roughhousing inside the haunted house. Visitors are expected to behave appropriately and respectfully towards others. Roughhousing or any form of physical contact with other visitors or staff is strictly prohibited.

  6. You are responsible for your own belongings. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items, so please keep your belongings with you at all times.

  7. Enter at your own risk! If you have a medical condition such as heart conditions, high blood pressure, stroke, epilepsy, or any other medical condition that may be aggravated by fear, strobe lights, or other special effects, please do not enter. If you are pregnant or have any physical limitations, we advise you not to enter the attraction.

By entering our haunted house attraction, you agree to abide by these rules. If you fail to follow these rules, you do so at your own risk. We take safety very seriously and want all visitors to have a safe and enjoyable experience. Thank you for your cooperation.

I, the reader, hereby acknowledge and understand that the event "Terror on Scott's Ferry," along with its owners, operators, employees, and affiliated entities, offer an interactive and immersive entertainment experience involving various forms of simulated terror, suspense, and horror elements. In consideration for being permitted to participate in this event, I voluntarily agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Acknowledgment of Risks: I am fully aware that this event involves a variety of intense and frightening experiences that may include sudden movements, loud noises, visual and physical effects, dim lighting, and encounters with actors in horror-themed scenarios. I understand that these elements are designed to create a sense of fear and anxiety.

  2. Assumption of Risks: I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with participating in this event. I understand that the event is designed to evoke fear and suspense, and I am participating at my own risk.

  3. Release and Waiver: In consideration of being allowed to participate in this event, I hereby release and discharge "Terror on Scott's Ferry," its owners, operators, employees, and affiliated entities from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or related to any loss, injury, harm, or damage that may occur as a result of my participation.

  4. Indemnification: I agree to indemnify and hold harmless "Terror on Scott's Ferry," its owners, operators, employees, and affiliated entities from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, or expenses (including attorney fees) incurred as a result of my participation in this event.

  5. Medical Condition: I certify that I am in good health and physical condition, and I do not have any medical conditions that could be aggravated by the experiences within this event. I acknowledge that if I have any pre-existing medical conditions, I should not participate.

  6. Personal Belongings: I understand that I am solely responsible for any personal belongings I bring to this event and release all parties involved from any liability for loss, theft, or damage to such belongings.
